Command Construction
Founded in 2001, by owners, Kelly Commander, Command started their first project in St. Bernard for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development on Patricia St. Since then, Command has taken on projects large and small for public and private owners across Southeast Louisiana.
In 2010, CCI Safety was launched as a division of Command that specialized in traffic control device installation, rental and sales. Command has now installed hundreds of miles of guardrail across all of Louisiana, permanent overhead signs, and information system signage on the Louisiana’s interstate system.
Command is a woman owned company that is DBE certified with Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, the City of New Orleans, the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board, and the New Orleans Aviation Board.
